Also i am working on a night elf druid and was open to suggestions about a good solo build for him aswell
I think unholy because it does alot of AoE damage i believe.
4 your DK just go on the frost talent tree and your Druid here is mine and he is a awesome DPS and tank here you hawe my spec and balance gear. i think this is enough

I would avoid unholy if that is the only reason you’re making a DK. Your pet will end up killing the guys and your friend wont get xp or loot. I agree with frost but it’s a lot funner when you’re high enough to get Howling Blast.
I’ve been told that frost is good for tanking, and unholy are is pretty sick for damage. I went blood with my DK, and I pretty much never die. It’s really up to your preference on where you want to go, in terms of later play. For going through Stockades and Deadmine, you could probably go through without spending any talent points, if that’s the way you wanted to go – at 58, you’d be able to walk through there mostly unscathed. Your friend won’t get much in terms of kill XP from the NPCs, but as long as they’ve got big enough bags, they should walk out of there with good loot.
For druid, feral is probably the easiest to solo. Once you get the cash to dual-spec, you can add balance or resto for grouping. (Or, stay feral, and just focus on tanking/dps.)
