You don’t steal a horse.. you do a quest that rewards you with one.
you can’t only by hacking it’s possible
You get the mount (Deathcharger) from the quest “Into the Realm of Shadows”, It’s one of the DK starting quest. Directly from the quest description In game;
“Salanar the Horseman at Death’s Breach has challenged you to slay the Dark Rider of Acherus and take his Acherus Deathcharger.
Should you succeed, return the Acherus Deathcharger to Death’s Breach and use the Horseman’s Call to summon Salanar.”
You can only get the mount during the quest.
