first off all pure is when you tran one thing like pure melee 99attack 99str 1 deff
well that is a good idea but u should also put attack to 99 also (attack is how resent you hit) (deffence it how often you block) (str is how high you hit)
okay basically ive had ALOT of pures in my time when i actually did play i quit about a month ago when i dropped my 400M+ at a drop party, well enough about me. on to your question,
the account you are trying to create is actually called a hybrid and yes these stats would help you in pvp very much so, but you must also take the time to ask if some of these stats are worth it, 99 mage is not needed necessarily, only 94 if you plan to ice barrage, 99 range is really good but doesnt make that big of a difference from 90, but takes alot of time to get to 99 from here with only a few extra damage, 99 str would help alot and i have nothing bad to say about the difference in levels from str, i would highly suggest getting highest hp possible so u dont get raped by any claw rushers and such.
you must also think about your pk style before you max out these skills if you would actually use mage alot or not!

yea thats actualy pretty cool, but. . .
ur gettin realy ahed of urself, few ppl under cb 80 have a 99str, range, or mage, hp, let alone all.
also, rangers have a significantly great advantage.
for the magin, u cant wear magic robes (besides the lame ones)
for the rangin, no dhide or rangin stuff to giv range bonus
ppl who range and have even a sucky lvl of like 70 with rune knives will consistently hit like 14-15 on u, because ur def is 1
however, def duz add to cb lvl a lot, so its ur choic realy
I recomend range purin, with 99rng, 40def, 99hp, 44pray
40 def for decent armor, 44 pray 4 eagle eye
