BE mage- have the same int as gnomes and get a sweet mana tap and silence
GN mage- sucks ass

Allience
Gnome mage: got a nice racial to get out of movement impared stuf nice for PVP and PVE small size so harder to target in PVP, everyone hates Gnomes so get ready to be ganked
Human mage: nothing special
Drenai mage: GReat self heal, it heals a little but for mage its all they need, nice aura but only party members can use it (u cant). But the heal is waha makes drenai SOOOO GOOD
Horde
Undead: WOTF and WOTF yeah its that good, gets u out of fear and charm and makes u immune to it for 5 sec great against warlock as they ared ur #1 enemy. Canibalize is useless as u can make food.
Troll: i hear good in PVE but never seen a good troll mage
Blood elf: mana tap and silence is not that great as the mana back is minor and u already got counter spell another silence is useless + u wanna be FAR from ur enemy and not at 8 yrds.
Conclusion: Drenai mage for Allience and Undead for Horde
Now moving on to types …………… U CAN ALWAYS RESPEC so chose any talents u want u can always pay some gold and rechoose all ur talent points. (race cannot be rechosen)
